Light ice = extra ice to them. Getting a refund is inconvenient. Filled to the top with ice. Rip off.

Stood at the register for a few minutes without being acknowledged with a simple be right with you or even hello but they were busy so I waited patiently not a big deal but as I’m standing there I overhead along with multiple other people waiting for their drink, one of the employees speak absolutely disgusting to her co workers because she was upset with someone in the drive through being at the window too long (not quietly either) After hearing that and waiting for another 3 minutes of still not even being acknowledged I was so turned off by the employee I walked out. Poor customer service, get better employees.

I guess they don't take care of the public bathroom because they have their own? SUCH a repulsive attitude on your employee who I asked for the combination. Learn to restock the restroom even when you're so special and have your own. Go ahead and reply "We are SO SORRY about your experience here... We assure you...!" Keep it, they are laying off 900 of you for this reason.
