Starbucks Coffee Company

Today, at 11:25am, I had the best experience here. Not sure the name of the barista but she was friendly and efficient -working alone. My drink was better than I’ve had t many other Starbucks locations. She had many customers but no one waited long at all. She remained friendly and focused even when many people thrived after I got my drink. Currently, she’s stocking her front shelves! Great rep for what a hard worker looks like!!

On Monday, February 10, 2025, I attempted to redeem my free coffee promo. I usually visit a standalone Starbucks, but since I was in Target, I decided to go to that location instead. Unfortunately, the baristas gave me a hard time, insisting that the promo only applied to plain iced or hot coffee or tea. I pulled up the promotion details to clarify what was included and excluded, but despite this, they still refused to honor it for the coffee I ordered. I ended up adding funds to my Starbucks app for my purchase, but I will not be returning to that location again.

The server named is Sky SUPER AMAZING !! She literally delivers the Starbucks standard. We need more people like here in the starbucks locations.

Extremely unpleasant attitude of both baristas. Ordered the dibble espresso with wormed cream, repeated 3 times, got a cold one. They said they do not understand me, they just do not listen and on top of that openly showing their irritation!
