Starbucks Coffee Company

I’ve visited this Starbucks a few times as it’s right across the street from my work. Always a good experience! Drinks are always on point at this location. And they even took the time to notice that it was my birthday and added their own artwork to my cup. If they do this for every customer’s birthday they have great customer service and attention to detail. This is what keeps me coming back here is things like this. They definitely deserve some great recognition! Thanks team!!

I always enjoy starting my mornings with Starbucks. Today especially because I found out about my great great aunts passing, I knew Starbucks was the solution to my sadness. I was WRONG. As I walk into the store, I feel the light in me come back. I walked over to give my order, and as soon as the barista spoke, my light faded. Cata. Is her name. Made me feel unwelcome and lesser than. You think someone with pink hair would bring joy to the world... PLEASE higher people who will put a smile on your customers faces, you truly never know what others are going through. Just one bad interaction can make or break a person. Thank goodness it was just my aunt dying and not anything worse phew!

I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte and paid $6.15, but this is what I got (see photo). It was watery, with a strange yellow color that looked like artificial dye. Honestly, it didn’t taste like coffee at all — more like some random mix. Very disappointing and makes you wonder what kind of “drink” they are actually serving us. Definitely not acceptable for Starbucks.

This Starbucks location was clean and well maintained, making it a pleasant stop. Ordering was quick and efficient, and I was able to get my drink and be on my way without any delay. The staff kept things moving smoothly, which I really appreciated. A great spot if you’re looking for a fast and easy coffee stop.

Just left the Starbucks on Pines & 184th. The service was mediocre as usual. This time was because the cashier in drive thru was too busy talking to the other barristas crowded around her about how they wouldn't want to celebrate their wedding anniversary on the same day as their birthday. So because of their long, drawn out conversation she and the other barristas ignored me and I was unable to get my phone scanned for points toward my order. They really need customer service training from Kim at the Starbucks on Weston Rd. Her staff is friendly, attentive, cares about the customers, and makes better coffee.
