This place desperately needs a new manager . I’ve experienced carol twice and quite literally rather drink a glass of water with broken glass in it than ever interact with her again. The fact that all the negative reviews on here are pretty much all about carol and she continues to be the manager is asinine. She is the rudest, snippiest, and laziest barista ever. The fact I place my order and she immediately rolls her eyes at me because I want my drink cold but not iced because I don’t like milky ice water is crazy work. Then she proceeds to argue with me and raise her voice when I’ve offered to pay extra to avoid conflict with her. I get this same drink every day at the other Starbucks and never have had a barista literally get into a fight with me about it. What a weird hill to die on an

I go in this Starbucks quite often because I work nearby and I stop to get a drink before work, and almost every time I’ve gone in there, Caroline has been working, and she always has such a terrible attitude, I get if you have a bad day once in a while but it’s every single time I go in there and it’s very upsetting. She complains about making drinks right in front of customers faces, and I’ve noticed being in there she is rude to other customers as well.

Worst experience i have ever had. Carol the one and only person working ignored me for 20 mins talking to all the favorite customers she had then when finally taking my order she was rude and short. Will never go again

The two ladies were very rude and disrespectful. the one lady proceeds to say “oh my gosh” in front of customers when we were ordering drinks. if you don’t want to work here, then don’t.

HORRIBLE. SERVICE. the girl at the register (who didn’t have a nametag) Immediately was rude the second I got to the register. Didn’t say hello or anything, so I started to order and ordered this food item and it was thrown on the counter at me. In the original bag (which having worked for Starbucks I know is not supposed to happen) not to mention it wasn’t even dated. My friend asked if they redeemed stars and the worker snickered and said no very rudely. I got my order eventually and it was made right by another girl clearly training whom the girl at the register was not very helpful to when she was asking how to make my drink. I wish this girl would’ve had a nametag because she was VERY rude and definitely needs to be retrained.
