My husband and I just flew into Atlanta, Georgia and were on our way to our Airbnb when we decided to stop at this Starbucks — and we’re so glad we did! The baristas were incredibly friendly and efficient. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and started our trip off on a great note. Two thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻

Great experience at this location. I placed a mobile order for a cappuccino and it was ready and waiting for me right on time. The inside is also very clean with a spacious seating area

I was coming to leave a bad review but seeing that this location already has so many… I should have known. I get a really simple coffee, not sure how it can be messed up… unless it was on purpose. I’m only leaving 2 stars because at least I could tell the milk was steamed. I’ll do somewhere locally owned moving forward. Starbucks can be so disappointing.

As someone who goes to Starbucks daily and have been to locations all around the world this one is perhaps the most annoying but yesterday was the cherry on top! One the staff is kind enough but yesterday I found a roach in my drink. The staff again was concerned and kind but nothing was done to ensure it wouldn’t happen to me again or anyone else so I won’t be returning to this location or possibly any Starbucks! I called the customer service as directed and OSHA and Starbucks customer service said they would make note of it and I may get a call from a regional manager. Does not matter how many weeks apart I order at this Starbucks , the order is never correct . Even when my husband orders his drinks, it is never made correctly. Very disappointing especially when I reside 2 minutes from this Starbucks but I drive to Roswell or Alpharetta just for a coffee. Today we thought we would temp it and of course it was incorrect.
