Starbucks Coffee Company

Isaac makes a cup of coffee so well that I proposed to my girlfriend an hour later. We order a fairly complex cup of coffee that was designed by a friend of ours that used to work at Starbucks. Isaac asked follow up questions the first time we ordered and made it the best out of anyone that we’ve ordered the drink from. We came back every day that he worked the week that we were in town and we even invited him to the wedding. The man is magic!

Came here after a movie and had to leave a review to say how amazing Colie is. My daughter wasn’t feeling well and Colie was attentive and kind and got her a water. We are so grateful!

I was reminded today how rude Starbucks' higher-ups can be. They show no care for their staff or respect for customers. While having a great conversation with an employee who reassured me she’d make my drink just right, one of the higher-ups (among five angry middle-aged women huddled at a table) rudely yanked the employee’s arm mid-conversation and pushed her aside to "work on something with her." I told the higher-up that I specifically came for that employee to make my drink, but she dismissively said someone else would finish it just fine. It’s absurd! You have ONE customer, and you think it’s the perfect time, MID-conversation, to push her away and cut her off? She was making an effort to give me a good experience and have a conversation. This is a new location I understand. I went there on a Saturday and there were 3 young boys working and stated that their manager left them for the day and they were not trained. They were flustered. I was really nice and told them to take a deep breath and not to pay attention to anyone being rude today. It was about 20 minutes and they couldn't figure out the drinks and we told them not to worry about it and went over to beans and brews. While we were seated in the dining area, one of the boys said his allergies were really bad and stepped out from their drink making area into the dining area to blow his nose. He did wash his hands, but while being stressed and looking through the book on how to make drinks, he kept touching his nose and face. Just things teenagers need to be taught abo
