Young lady named Izzy was absolutely AMAZING!!! Went above and beyond to take care of me. Will be back just because of her!!!

Disappointing experiences twice over the last two days. Ordered 2 different drink each day, both times were incorrect. Same employee each visit. The first day I was charged for a larger size than the one I actually got, second day..(today) drink was certainly not made correctly at all and not to mention the cup was probably about 3/4 full. I spend a vast amount of money at various Starbucks locations around the state, and definitely consider myself a very valuable customer. Not sure if people are just getting lazy or are not being trained correctly but this is really unacceptable and very disappointing.

The lady at the register was nice but the person making my drinks was extremely rude. She messed up one of my drinks and when I questioned it she simply took the drink and threw it in the sink and remade it without saying a word. Very unprofessional.

This is one of those Starbucks located in a Stop & Shop, so be aware that not everything is available. I had points to redeem, but was told that I couldn’t at that location. I ordered a tall cappuccino and I swear the volume was about a small. The lady at the cash was not very friendly, and I see others have mentioned customer service here, too. So, only two stars - one for barely any greeting, and one for the light-as-a-feather cappuccino. This place needs to do better.

Really awful. Only one employee was there, the man gave me the opposite drink I asked for. I asked for the new berry drinks and got this.
