No restroom, no seating. People are waiting leaning on walls and furniture. Not terribly quick preparation of orders either. Pretty awful even for New York. The only plus is that there was no carol music on repeat, somehow this branch got an exception?

Apparently you can’t get a cup of water without a purchase anymore. Policy has been updated about 4 - 5 months ago as per the barista in a black apron. Talk about being honest and saying “I worked overnight and just want water. I’m going to sleep later. I don’t need to eat or drink anything “. So sad that they changed this policy during the nasty summer. EDIT: I was told that that barista doesn’t work there. She was just picking up a shift. She was rude and was told of her mistake. I like the rest of the staff in the store. Nick is really amazing. The other guys are nice. The guy in the black apron is the best and always remembers you. They remember your order and write nice things on your cup.

I decided to try a new drink. At this location. Place was clean, the cashier was nice. But, the bald lady that made my drink did a horrible job. I picked up my cup as soon as my name was called. No wait at all. I noticed no whipped cream. I took the top off to check, no whip cream. I asked the lady for whip cream this hefer had the audacity to say it melted. I just walked out. I dont understand if I am close to $10 for a cup of coffee that comes with whip cream why does the worker act as if it’s coming out of their check? Please retrain the bald head lady that work in the afternoon.

Long time customer at Starbucks but this store absolutely stinks. The employees are hostile & aggressive with most of them rushing customers orders at the register instead of letting the customer finish speaking first. And then they take forever giving the orders. Multiple times I’ve ordered a cold brew with almond milk only to find out no almond milk is in my drink to begin with.

I wanted the iced cinnamon dolce drink but on the app it was saying “sold out”. Went in, and Amanda confirmed they have it in stock. I was so happy. I was like a kid in a candy store. I thanked her so much. Such a cool person. And the other gentleman, I forgot his name I think it was Kevin he has tattoos. We interacted, engaged in conversation about tattoos. Great customer service. Cleanliness up to par. The atmosphere is great as well. Definitely recommend this location. Boycott where lol
