Ray was very kind and has great customer service skills. I got an iced tea and it was ready by the time he scanned my app. Very valuable employee you have! Made my experience great.

Coffees were great. Service was very fast and everybody seemed happy to be working there. The interior has a ton of seating room and the location is just a really cool design that's different from your typical Starbucks.

This Starbucks is a daily (sometimes more than once!) stop for me. The baristas are super friendly, and make an effort to get to know their customers. You normally like a straw? They will ask of you want a straw. You prefer non dairy? They’ll remember. You like green tea with no sweetener with lunch? When you walk in at noon they’ll ask “your regular?” It’s not just about the coffee when the people are part of the experience. (But the coffee is good too!)

I visited here a week ago and there was one customer ahead of me. He was chatting with the barista, who ignored me and they continued a loooong conversation of mutual friends. I finally went to the end of the counter where the other barista was standing. She said I had to order at the other end, but I replied that person was busy. She said nothing. I went back to the counter and the conversation was still going on, no actual service was being done. I finally got to give my order, which will be the LAST one ever at this location. This staff needs training on how to handle customers instead of socializing.

Even though this is a grocery store location for a Starbucks, the staff is always extraordinarily friendly and they do a good job of customizing drinks. I haven't encountered a line or long wait and it's always convenient to combine coffee and grocery shopping.
