They are absolutely useless. I asked for 6 quad shots of espresso in a 24 oz cup as all I wanted was the espresso for a recipe, instead they gave 6 cups of espresso full of ice, thus costing a lot of money and it all having to be disposed of as pouring hot espresso over ice diluted it a lot.

Done with this place. The last two times buying coffee here has been a huge FAIL. the first time, while waiting in line to order, the barista said she was going on break because she was the only one working. When another customer politely asked for how long (simply curious if she should wait or go elsewhere) the barista started complaining and whining with an attitude. Just now ordered a chocolate cream cold brew and it tastes like bitter chocolate baking powder was added to cold coffee. I’m assuming the vanilla flavor wasn’t added. This place, like all Starbucks these days, is overpriced for what you get, subpar or incorrectly made coffee with an attitude.

Everytime I've tried to order from here it's taken forever. Each time waiting 15 plus minutes. I just tried it again there was 1 person ahead of me and I just left after waiting 20 minutes. Never even got a hello ill be right with you nothing.

it makes sense to me that the employees wouldn't care about cleaning the bathroom, since they are so frustrated with how their employer has reacted to things on the international level, but I do think it is not okay for human faces to be smeared on not one but two of the walls of this establishment.

We either caught them on an off day or they need some better training. The one customer that was there before us had to tell them her drink order again for some reason. One of my drinks was not ordered correctly. We waited for about 5 mins for our two drinks to be made. And I had to ask if the drink that was next to the barista was our 2nd drink, which it was. She was busy making another drink even though there wasn't another customer around. Both the cashier and barista just seemed lost.
