I want to recognize Megan, one of the best baristas. she greets everyone with a warm smile. Her customer service is phenomenal, and her coffee always tastes amazing. Recently, I had a small issue with my order, and Megan immediately fixed it, no hesitation, no questions asked. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure every customer leaves happy. Starbucks is lucky to have her on the team!

I placed a mobile order and went to the location to pick my order up. When I arrived, my name was on the board in the “ready” column - but I didn’t see my coffee. I stood in the pick up area for about 5 minutes before politely asking one of the staff if my order was being prepared and she responded “Yes, we’re making it now”. So, I waited another 5 minutes before a staff member asked me what order I was waiting on. When I told her she looked at a sticker that had been placed on the computer and said “Oh, we don’t have this flavor anymore”. So, basically instead of someone letting me know that when I arrived 10 minutes prior - they just let me stand there. I get that it’s a busy Saturday morning - but they need to be more attentive.

Pretty standard Starbucks. The coffee was good. And the service was reasonably fast. The employees weren’t particularly friendly, but I wouldn’t go so far as to say they were rude. My biggest complaint was the amount of trash on the floor and tables was really surprising. We intended to drink our coffees inside but decided to take them to go due to the lack of clean tables. Maybe they had been really busy and didn’t have time to clean, but they need to do better. If you’re in the area and like Starbucks coffee, then I would cautiously recommend this location.

I couldn’t resist leaving feedback about my experience today Feb 11, 2026 8:00 a.m. The young lady with glasses and a rose bow (sorry did not catch her name) is amazing. Her energy fills the entire space. She is professional and exemplifies outstanding customer service and client care.

Big thanks to The morning shift today. Specifically, Nick, Vanessa, and jasmine. The service was amazing. Very patient, personable, and timely. The Team work is evident.
