Modern Starbucks with a drive through window. Well staffed. Servers are friendly and helpful. Service is fast. Food as expected.

Waited 15 minutes for my drinks (that i ordered ahead of time via mobile app)- which isn’t the biggest cause for concern. It’s when i approached the desk and asked about my drinks i was met with rude argumentative comments from a worker named “roe” Roe defended the wait time though the supervisor came over apologized and offered a gift card for the wait time. Now I’m waiting on another drink, the same “roe” makes it half way and sits it on the counter to the point where another supervisor comes over and asked if there’s anything more we were waiting on. To that i said “we’re waiting on a last drink, seems as if it’s 1/2 made” to which the supervisor steps in to finish the drink. Went to the drive thru this morning by Marist as i do many mornings before work , today i was the only car made my order 2 food choices and a venti matcha drove to the window paid for my order was given my 2 food choices and then i sat there for a while waiting on my drink. i saw the person place my drink on the counter behind the cashier, as i waited she was stocking shelves and tagging items i began waving my hand letting her know i was still there, she was clueless finally after waiting in the line she sees me and brings me my drink i said it had been there for like 5 mins she told me the girl put it in the wrong place and my problem is pay attention to orders and your customer stock shelves and price when their aren't people waiting .i said they need to communicate she said she did and

This Starbucks is impressive in the worst possible way. The coffee tastes like it was filtered through a campfire and disappointment, the line moves at the speed of dial-up internet, and somehow they still mess up a name that’s literally printed on your app. Paying $8 for burnt bean water with an attitude is wild. Even the Wi-Fi feels tired
