I frequently mobile order but I normally go to a different location. Decided to try out this location since it’s closer to my kid’s school. Unfortunately I mobile ordered to my usual store instead, which was completely my fault. When I called my usual location they said that any location should be able to take care of my order and it happens all the time. When I got to this store and explained to the employee that I had sent my order to the other Poulsbo store, they told me I would have to drive over there to get it or pay for the order again here and I could call corporate to get a refund for the first order. I definitely didn’t want to pay again, but didn’t have time to backtrack. I ended up just buying my coffee again and getting a refund through customer service, but it was an annoying

Seamless drive thru pickup experience.

A great team here that greets you with a smile. The baristas seem to work well with other and are pleasant to talk to. With Starbucks, you know what you are getting, an above average cost coffee that is consistent regardless of which one you go to. The drawback to this store is location. The parking lot and drive-thru conflict makes it difficult to transit the parking area when crowded. Occasionally understaffed for various reason which leads to significant delays for the customers who walk in. The biggest drawback of the understaffing is the list of the interaction experience with the team. They become so focused on doing multiple jobs that the first to go is customer service. The mobile app is sometimes inaccurate on what is and is not available. On the good side, the store is always cle

this location is great! it was quick and the staff was friendly. however, my drink was made incorrectly when i ordered, but they had it remade in about 2 minutes correctly! my pumpkin spice latte was perfect 🎃😋

Terrible service this morning. Several employees working and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for my coffee. Decided to skip the drive through because the line was long and while I waited inside I watched car after car get their drinks quickly at the drive through. Nothing convenient about Starbucks this morning! I almost left my paid for coffee, because I was going to be late for work. One staff member stopped making coffee to go serve her mother who had come in while I was waiting which added greatly to the delay.
