I always use mobile ordering and usually come in the evening. As others have mentioned, it takes a while to get your drink. Whatever time the app tells you the drinks will be ready, just add 5 min, even if it's not busy. They don't seem to start making your drink until they see you walking over to mobile pickup. The staff is friendly and the place is usually clean. Just don't go here if you are in a rush

I absolutely love this Starbucks location! The employees are always so kind and welcoming, and one employee in particular, Natalie, truly stands out. She is consistently friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to make customers feel appreciated. I hope this is the right place to recognize her because she deserves it!

This location is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to! The baristas are so kind and treat me like family every time I walk through the door. They are also great at communicating with customers and very pleasant to work with. The food is always fresh and delicious. Their drinks are by far my favorite, they have always been made correctly and within a reasonable amount of time. The atmosphere is always very clean and super relaxing. I would recommend this Starbucks to anyone and everyone! :)

On Christmas Day my family and I were refused service. We waited on line. The person infront of us had their order taken. We were told that we will not be served because it was 2:02 . So we walked into the store at 2pm. Waited on line. And refused service when it was our turn. Terrible policy and customer service.
