Starbucks Coffee Company

I went to buy the coffee there, and ordered grande size of iced latte and payed it. But I took my coffee and came back home. When I drank my coffee, I wandered the size is grande. So I ask mother in law if the size is grande. But the size is tall!!!!! Why did you give me a tall size of latte!!!!!!! I felt angry!!!

My husband went for the Starbucks bear glass drop after I had a really hard year. The employee there stated they had them but she didn’t put them out yet so to come back in an hour. It was odd she didn’t want to do her job. My husband came back in 30 min and she said they were all sold out. Go figure. Rude and dishonest people working there.

Changed my 5 to 1. Just stay home and make yourself a coffee. These folks don't wanna work during the weekends and will throw your drinks at you if you came. There's always new employees here and they are always almost disappointing because they hate their lives. Shouldn't make it other peoples problems :) we have enough negativity going we don't need yours too.

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The barista (Hispanic-looking woman) didn’t greet or say goodbye, and her attitude made me feel like I was bothering her. The coffee I received tasted like mostly cream — barely any actual coffee. Not what I expected from Starbucks.

Look at the matcha latte the barista (forgot to ask her name) made for me, it’s awesome!
