I had ordered a Strawberry Frappuccino with extra strawberry purée, expecting it to be added to the bottom of the cup as usual. However, the person who made my drink blended all the purée in. When I politely asked why it was made that way, they replied, “It’s a strawberry frap.” Before I could say more, another employee suddenly interrupted in a loud and rude tone, saying, “You have to tell us to make it like how you wanted it.” I was shocked by how unprofessional and disrespectful this interaction felt, especially since I placed my order online and had no way to specify those details in advance. I usually enjoy my visits to Starbucks, but this experience left me disappointed and uncomfortable. I hope management can address this with the staff and remind them about maintaining respectful

The Starbucks was so busy and now I know why because they make the best coffee. This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to in the United States.

Alex is a life savior. Being extremely tired I didn't realize I ordered my brown sugar shaken espresso at the wrong location. I was on a ten minute break so I definitely didn't have time to get it at the location I mistakenly ordered it at. Right away he said he could make it for me. He made perfect and fast. This has been multiple times now that the dark skin girl with the burgandy hair or dark brown hair or whatever color it is, has been watching me up and down with a nasty face, same as my mom, and my sister. If you don’t like your job then why are you still there? You don’t pick and choose who you want to be nice to. This is the real world. In the real world you will treat others the way you want to be treated. I will not tolerate disrespect from no one. My family went to Starbucks and said they remember that same girl and how nasty her attitude was. They then went back to her to see if it would be the same or if it’ll change. I have been going there for a while and all the staff members are rude. I went there yesterday and some guy name Allan helped me out and he gave me a nasty attitude and when I asked for the manger he said I am the manger . They were so rude and made my drink wrong a few times . A few times I been there I been there I seen them rushed customers and I have seen a girl there with green hair treat other people bad and touch the whole food with her hands . Isn’t that a safety thing . Their manger needs to show them better and she also needs to do her job and show them respect . All they do there is be rude and talking about their customers in front of us . You need a new manger and new people who actually care about us .
