If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The biggest issue isn’t even the food, it’s the customer service. I could clearly hear staff speaking negatively about customers, loud enough for everyone to hear. On top of that, they handled the food carelessly, literally tossing items onto the tray without any regard. This is the condition in which my order was served. Extremely disappointing Starbucks do better.

Well, aside from the staff not caring about the customer, they leave the milk / dairy products sitting out at room temperature for extended periods of time. The products shown in the picture I shared were there for at least an hour. I walked through the mall and strolled back to see them still out before I left.

Very poor experience at the Freehold raceway mall. After waiting for 20 min, those of us in the line were told it will take another 30 minutes to get served. Seems like all kids of school age working. Random people hanging by the door and non employees enter the serving area behind the counter and grabbing stuff.

At peak time this guy was running back and forth non-stop, making frappuccinos as fast as humanly possible. He was incredibly efficient and clearly dedicated to doing a great job. He cared about getting every order out quickly and with quality. Employees like him are hard to find. Seriously, give this guy a raise!

As another sbux barista: They do not use shaker cups here, and as a result of that, the cold drinks have inaccurate measurements for caffeine bases. I watched someone make my drink here which was a refresher. The person making it put way too much of both lemonade and refresher base. The closest measurement you get to the liquids standards is halfway to the 3rd line on the cups on avg, and this person filled it up past the 3rd line. My concern with this is caffeine intake/sugar intake for unaware customers as my drink was not up to any standard This same barista a second time rang me up for a drink and didnt use my partner code after i gave it to them, leaving me to pay $7 for a drink i usually get for around $4.50
