Starbucks Coffee Company

Typically, I only leave reviews if the food is great or something needs to be brought up. I’ve gone to this Starbucks twice this week, 11/9/2025 and today. Two days ago, I got my wife an iced gingerbread latte and it in fact was not the correct drink. Once I got home my wife asked what drink I got her. So, I go back and get it fixed which is great but I had to drive back which is unfortunate. Fast forward to today I got her an iced matcha latte with pumpkin cream cold foam and it is all foam and no drink (I paid regular price for this) and I also got two cake pops as well and no problems with those and I’m thankful for the free small coffee for Veterans Day but messing up two drinks in the span of a week is hard to do. Again I did pay for 3 items and did receive the free coffee for today’s

Now I may not be the best representative to rate this but in my opinion the cake pops were good I tried two different flavors birthday and strawberry and cream. birthday:3.45. Strawberry and cream 3. 65. The birthday cake one I was not impressed with it was just mid but the strawberry and cream one was very good 😊 . I also tried some of my sister drink which was a Great Moc cooke frap for 6.25 it was not my cup of tea no pun intended but really I dislike the taste but that just me. But over all the experience was good the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was over all good we went at 8:50 on Sunday.😁😀👍🏻

Put in a mobile for the new iced vanilla protein latte with the banana protein cold foam. They literally gave me milk with cold foam on top. They forgot to put in the two shots of espresso. You’re a coffee shop how do you manage to forget that? It was not busy at all, I’m very confused and disappointed in how this even happened.

Service was good. The restrooms however look disgusting. I’m surprised if that’s all from today. Still with one loose roll of toilet paper one employee had to go in there and see it was a mess. It’s upsetting to be a paying customer and this is what I’m paying to use.

I've ordered from them through mobile app and everytime I come through the drive thru. One specific employee cannot read my name. And it's been two months. I always say I'm here to pick up a mobile order for Rhodora. So why is it hard to say my name? I've given that person so many chances and have kept repeating my name correctly. It's like she's not even trying to say it correctly. I love this place but I am going to a different location. Service is great but just one person cannot read my name properly and always saying it wrong. I'd advise them to tell her to read closer or get glasses
