Starbucks Coffee Company

I have been a loyal Starbucks patron for over 30 years. What originally built that loyalty was a consistent atmosphere worth returning to—one defined by a professional, warm welcome from staff and management, the comfort of the lounge, and the seasonal music. Just as importantly, the environment influenced customer behavior: Patrons acted in accordance with the renowned brand and ambiance that Starbucks had created. Regrettably, much of that has been lost over the last 7–10 years. Coincidentally, this is the same period during which I filed my only complaints regarding employee attitude and attendance. In the last seven years, employees seem to have gained the authority to close stores for any reason, an experience I personally encountered several times, most recently, during last Thanks

Starbucks has really come up with some great drinks. This one takes the cake. Iced Banana Protein cold foam Matcha. Is full of flavor. Very tasty.

The service here was excellent! The staff were very friendly and helpful. This morning, I forgot to specify only 2 pumps of mocha in my drink, but later when I mentioned it the young lady ( I forgot her name) immediately took care of it with no hesitation. They all deserve 5 stars!

Ordered ahead online from the Starbucks App which said the coffees would be ready in 7 minutes and they were ready in 5. The beverages were heated and chilled perfectly and the staff was pleasant and location was clean. Great Starbucks!

A really nice Starbucks with huge inside area and a beautiful backyard patio the shelter and very private.
