CHECK YOUR BILL.....I have been going here to this Starbucks for YEARS. I get the same drink all the time. This morning a new young lady handed me the scanner so I could apple pay and then she took it away. I didn't think anything of it.....until my final charge came through an 1hr later with an additional $5 added making my total 10.41 instead of 5.41. When I called in the Store manager said I left an extra $5 tip...ABSOLUTELY not...my only fault is I forgot to get my receipt which would have forced her to close the account out right there. Times are HARD but not HARD enough scam extra money from loyal customers. Please note after a lengthy call with the Store management, he refunded the amount and offered me free coffee ..... I dont want free coffee.....the justice is that this

Ordered an iced pumpkin chai latte at the drive through. Worker handed me a drink that was dark brown. I asked if it was a chai latte because I have never seen it this color before. She said yes so I drove away. I tasted it and it was definitely not what I ordered. I had to go inside and ask her to remake it. She was polite about it but I could tell she was talking/laughing to someone on her phone. Maybe if she was paying attention she would have made my drink correctly the first time or even when I asked her if it was correct. It was before 6am on a Saturday so they weren't even busy. Yesterday I went through the drive thru to order 2 drinks. I was met with such a pleasant voice from the microphone. Kiki introduced herself, and made recommendations to my order. When I drove up to the window she greeted me with a smile. I appreciate her friendly demeanor and great customer service.

I love it here. The last time I came I was helped by Eric in the drive thru and he was so kind and accommodating and I’m so grateful!! It was impeccable customer service and I will be back trust

Facility too small. Not enough room for all the customers that come and go. Two coffee's. Standard menu not available to look at. Fast pace, unable to understand conversation. Coffee okay. I've had better.
