Quality went downhill here fast. Back in 2019-21 the team here was excellent. Really fast quality service. Now; expect to wait 15-20 minutes on even the simplest of drinks even with NO ONE in the store. They pump out drinks but not for those who are in the store. It’s incredibly slow. If you are on your break from work, be prepared to be very late even for a simple coffee. The workers are pretty rude too even if you ask nicely. Really disappointed because this used to be one of my favorite starbucks locations.
I ordered a small coffee and a chocolate croissant online at 10:27 AM. It’s now 10:49 AM, and I’m still waiting for my order. This delay is disappointing—Starbucks’ service seems to be getting worse day by day. Great company!!!well done !!!
A great location, quiet, neat and friendly staff. There was ample parking in the front of the store. Our order was promptly made with our names announced when it was ready. I will recommend this place again
When someone says extra ice; add the freaking ice. No one wants to drink room temperature coffee
Pistachio is back If possible pls try once
