Starbucks Coffee Company

I ordered and paid for 2 extra shots in my Frappuccino, she asked me to type in a tip for her and I obliged. However, the drink didn’t even seem to have the shots it is required to have, and definitely not the extra ones I paid for. The entire cup was filled with canned whipped topping instead. They were not busy either, just rude.

I think this is the most friendly Starbucks I've been to. Customers and employees seemed very personable with each other, even recognizing regulars. It had a local coffee shop vibe, not just corporate. The music was quite loud for being able to read or work inside though. Overall, it was a good experience and the place was clean too.

It wasn't until I got out of the parking lot that I noticed it myself but my grande drink was barely halfway filled, and that includes with the whipping on top. The disappointing part is that I know someone does the whip cream on top so they would've seen that the cup was barely half filled, and still just whip creamed it and moved on. We had multiple drinks so I didn't notice right away but very disappointed that they let that happen when someone clearly fills it and would've noticed it. The cherry on top was that someone wrote "Yummy" on the cup, so they must've thought the other half of my drink was yummy 🙄. Drive-thru order on 12/27 at 12:59pm (per app)

Sometimes this starbucks absolutely nails it, like when I order my teas and I order it sweetened with honey, always done. or I make extra syrup requests in my hot drinks 8 out of 10 times it's done. But ANY Frappuccino I've ordered in the past 4-5 orders has been half to 3/4 foam and THEN the coffee portion I'm actually ordering and paying that hefty price for. That is ridiculous.
