Starbucks Coffee Company

I visit this location at least 4-5 days out of the week! The crew working at 5 pm. Was horrible! I walked in 5 people looked at me, said nothing. Did nothing. Stood there for about 4 min without any we will be right with you. nothing! I actually was starting to feel, like I should leave. Finally someone took my order. I never have this problem any other time. The crew is always in good spirits and welcoming!

There is a new employee by the name of JP. He is the most upbeat, knowledgeable, friendly, persistent, kind, and always makes my day brighter. He gives great compliments and he has the best hair always greeting with a smile and an upbeat attitude. You can tell he loves making other people’s day Brighter we need more JP‘s in our life thank you Starbucks

Hey today, I am getting Shekar espresso with a cold foam so he is I think a new staff I am always buy here today I think is a new style so that’s why I not understand which one thing I will coffee so we have very bad taste and no have a good for this one

I order Starbucks a lot, almost everyday, sometimes twice. I always have a great experience and the drinks are yummy. Unfortunately, when I door dash there is no option to ask for a larger cup and I can’t write any comments, so what I have to do is call immediately after placing my order in hopes to ask if they can put it in a larger cup. I get a larger cup because I get extra shots and would like to get the whole drink I paid for. Anyways, this location doesn’t answer their phone. I can never get a hold of someone to ask for a larger cup. It’s frustrating cause when in store I’ll watch them throw away what doesn’t fit in the cup and that’s my money going down the drain. Please allow comments on DoorDash or answer your phone calls. Thank you!

This is not the first time they give out dirty cups of hot coffee! This time they gave me a cup completely stained with caramel!!!! Terrible staff!
