The food and drinks are great, when they are made correctly… I order the exact same thing every time I drive by Ripley on my way to work. I order ahead so that everything is ready when I arrive. I get there today after the Starbucks app said my order was ready, and when I came in I could see my drink in the pick-up area of the store. I go wash my hands before I grab my drink and stand next to the pick up area sipping on my coffee while I wait for my sandwich. No other customers were inside besides me. After waiting a few minutes, I ask one of the workers closest to me if she could give me an update on my sandwich because the app said my order was complete. After going over to the drive thru and looking around, she finds my sandwich sitting there on the cold metal table by the drive thru wi

I had waited until they had been open long enough to give them a fair rating. The service here is just very inconsistent as well as the quality of the product. I order the same thing every day and it is always different. The staff is always friendly but the wait is often far too long. This staff needs better training to keep the line moving. I have been to far busier locations that Ripley that do not have this problem.

Very friendly workers - and yummy food and drinks but this place is brand new and was unkempt Crumbs all over the floor near big table not in view of the counter (so maybe they didn’t know it was dirty) and some trash on tables. Bathrooms had not been attended to - trash overflowing. Hopefully they can set a schedule reminder to check the space and tidy it up. There were more than enough workers standing around to take care of the place. I think that’s important specially with Starbucks initiative to bring people in the stores again.

I did a mobile order and did not receive an item that I paid for. I did not realize this until I arrived home and could not find a number to contact about this issue. I feel as though when I went the drive through was slow for only having two items, one of which I did not even recieve. I know this is a new store but I feel it is much slower than the other locations I visit.

Quick easy classic. The place seems to be running smoothly. I appreciate multiple coffee and tea options in the area.
