This Starbucks needs to be under investigation for racial discrimination against colored Americans. Threatening to call The police over a policy that you made up I even called corporate and they agreed that Jeremy was not being honest. By the way I have nothing to do with anyone else’s situation or actions at Starbucks and I will not be treated like such . Shame on your Jeremy. He should be fired immediately

I hope Michael sees this, but he was the highlight of my day today, and I'll be sure to come to this Starbucks more often to be helped by him. He was very bubbly and helpful and did not rush me. I really felt his patience as I was taking my time looking at new additions to the menu and I was feeling indecisive. The new falafel pocket was indeed small, like he mentioned, but it was tasty. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.
