Dude! Is it that hard to make a good Carmel brûlée latte? While I realize I can have them remake my drink… I was already on the freeway heading to work when I tasted it. Hardly any little crumbles on top of the whipped cream. The drink was sour tasting… serving me a “dead shot” is not cool! Gross! 🤮 While I don’t like leaving any bad reviews… come on Starbucks Rochester…. Do better!
This was a beautiful and cozy Starbucks! The staff was very friendly and kind. All of our snacks were warm and tasty. They have games too and lots of merch and Togo items. Really clean bathrooms, so glad we stopped here to treat ourselves!
I’m from California! Traveling ! And there was an issue w my drink , made me sad ! Fortunately I spoke to the best manager ever! She was able to fix my drink and make my day !!! She so amazing and I hope that she gets all the recognition she can due to her hard work!! ✨ her customer service is spectacular 🙌✨ thanks Mercedes !!!!
I was up in Grand Mound for a DOC training this week and stopped in here each morning. This is very close to the freeway and to great wolf lodge, it was easily accessible. I went into the lobby each morning which was very clean and I had fast service. Highly recommend the spinach feta egg white wrap or the bagel with cream cheese.
I went through drive up at 1:29 Sunday. The drinks were great as usual. The problem was the girl at drive up window. Acted like she was having a very bad day. Not friendly
