I stopped at this location during a four hour drive. So glad I did! Each staff member treated me like a personal friend… I didn’t feel well & it made a huge difference. The store is very clean and the bulletin board promoted a local animal adoption event and a wildflower festival (in Glide). I highly recommend this Starbucks!

This is my all time favorite Starbucks. If I didn't like the baristas I would quit drinking Starbucks. And those damn frosted snowman ☃️cookies have magnets on them that the force is so strong it pulls me in!🧲 I was not a fan of the sausage tomato pesto egg bites 👎

I’ve been disappointed with my recent experiences here. The coffee quality has become very inconsistent, and the customer service was unacceptable. When I inquired about being charged 80 cents for standard cream, the employee, Salem, responded rudely and commented that she didn’t like my tone. Unfortunately, with declining product quality, high prices, and unpleasant service, I won’t be returning or recommending this place to others.

I absolutely LOVE this Starbucks! The weekday morning staff are the sweetest and make me feel so welcomed! They are personable, professional and amazing at their jobs! Hands down recommend for your coffee needs! ❤️

I am a DoorDash driver. I like to park outside of Starbucks in Roseburg because I like to do Starbucks deliveries. They have the type of clientele I like to deliver to. I start delivering at 4:00AM every morning. Starbucks opens at 5:00AM. They are one of only 2 or 3 bathrooms open to a delivery driver prior to 6:00AM. I am clean cut. Clean shaven. I dress nice. Have a nice newer SUV vehicle. They recognize me in Starbucks and know I do multiple pick ups and deliveries from their location 7 days a week. This morning the manager decides to hassle me, and basically treat me like a homeless person who came in to wash up in their bathroom. I was in and out in 2 minutes. I understand that the bathroom is technically for customers only. But anyone with any common sense understands the differ
