I had to wait 15 minutes because of the pickup in front of me. She must have been related to the employee taking orders. They talked for about 5 minutes at the place where you placed your order and at least another five minute at the pickup window.
I generally go through the Drive thru. Kim was very helpful & happy to help on the choosing of my drink. Since my favorite Pumpkin Spice is no longer available. 😊😋
2yrs ago my mom fell outside the store and just Last week they decided to fix the ADA curbing after the Store attorney handling my Mom's case said it's not their fault, and they are not responsible why fix it then hmm... our attorney definitely likes it, as an omission of liability ✨😁
The staff was very polite and considerate. The new hire was very thoughtful and diligent and had a bright cheery smile.. Thanks for being part of my Friday!
The ladies were very kind to me today and My Ice water was perfect! Thank you...sometimes its the small things that make the biggest difference .
