Starbucks Coffee Company

Disappointing experience. This location used a cardboard-style cup lid that soaked through with hot coffee, which was pretty unpleasant to use. I don’t see these lids at all Starbucks, so maybe it’s an experiment, but I really hope they don’t roll this out more widely for hot drinks.

Amazing experience, would absolutely return and recommend to anyone visiting the bay area over any other starbs store. Staff are so incredibly nice and knowledgeable about their menu options and do their best to service customers. Karla, part of the staff, stood out as she was on the register taking orders. She was so incredibly nice, she is a woman who is willing to go above and beyond. I dont know what they get paid, but she is definitely worth more than it. Constantly being friendly, love her. Space is small and nowhere to sit, even outside, but is very cleanly and they do not play about closing time duties. Customers seem a little rude, but that does not change their attitudes. Very sanitary, food is delicious, staff friendly, only downside is seating. Otherwise, 15/10, thanks so much!

Small take-out only Starbucks. They have a screen that tracks the progress of your order, which is an interesting concept, but most patrons don’t pay attention to it as they just walk up to the counter and look for their name. Fast service. Large free parking lot.

All I got was a regular coffee. They made everyone else’s super complicated drink before mine, and also helped multiple people who got there after me. I was waiting for a regular coffee for like at least 10 minutes. I go to the one by my house and they get it for me right away because it literally takes 10 seconds to put the cup under the machine and let it fill it. Not to mention they had half n half in the oat milk thing, so my coffee is trash now because they didn’t properly label the creamers and I’m drinking hella half n half this morning. I’m the type to mix my half n half n oat milk cause it’s tasty. Anyways, yall need a better system. Just get the coffee immediately when someone orders one like every other Starbucks does.

> 50 mins wait time for a single latte This isn’t the first time this has happened so I’m giving this place a single star. It looks like there’s an issue with their ticketing system where tickets are printed even though the orders may have been canceled. There were orders on the pickup table that were placed as early as 7:50am when I arrived at 10 am for order. The staff is also throwing away all of the food and drink items that weren’t picked up into the blue trash bags. She was filling up the second bag by the time I got my drink. It’s such a huge waste of food that could’ve been donated to charity or given away. I really hope that Starbucks can figure out a process to reduce food waste - maybe through using apps like TooGoodToGo Hoping this review will get management to fix the ticketi
