Starbucks Coffee Company

I was never really a Starbucks person. I always felt the coffee quality wasn’t great—it often tasted burned—and the stores didn’t feel particularly inviting. That changed when I recently started visiting the Starbucks location at Montana and 7th in Santa Monica. I’ve been genuinely impressed. The coffee quality has improved significantly—it tastes fresh, especially when the beans are ground and brewed straight to the cup rather than sitting. The store itself is bright, well-lit, and welcoming, making it a place you actually want to spend time in. What truly stands out, though, is the team. The staff and store leaders are exceptional. No matter how busy it gets—especially during hectic mornings—they remain warm, attentive, and upbeat. There is always someone greeting customers, calling out

Staff here are good-humored, kind and caring. Which makes visiting a lovely experience. There are also excellent accommodations for special needs folks. However. While we are delighted to see Eggnog Latte back for the first time in years, this iteration is deeply disappointing. Regrettably, it's made with some mix-- “Eggnog Sweet Powder Component”--and the flavor can only be called what it is: synthetic. Message to the folks in Seattle: JUST. USE. EGGNOG.

I'm giving a review for this Starbucks for one important reason there is free parking in Santa Monica. when you come to the Starbucks just know there's a parking lot and when you pull in they give you a ticket as long as you're in and out within 30 minutes you can get your ice cold or hot Brew use the bathroom grab something to eat and stamp your ticket for free. Starbucks staff was very friendly the bathrooms were clean they got her drinks out in a fast. Of time and if I'm driving in this area I will return to the Starbucks. how we found it was going up ocean and from ocean turning on Santa Monica it was about two blocks in I'm sorry turning on Montana it was about two blocks in on the left enjoy!

Not a single straight person behind the counter. Amazing coffee, a surplus of septum piercings and dyed hair. Get your coffee here!!!
