The place is improving…it definitely isn’t as chaotic and dirty as it was last winter, and the new staff seem to be more pleasant and professional. If they keep up the improvements, this location will be back to being a real Starbucks in no time! Also, a note to the customers: Be patient with the staff. They have to deal with grump hospital families and the nasty hospital staff all day long. They’re trying.

The Starbucks location is pretty packed throughout the day but the service is like the usual Starbucks for the about less than a five minute wait to get the items or items you ordered. I recently found out that this location is pet friendly and allowed my fur baby to come in and have a puppucino while I had my morning coffee. Bhazi gives them a two paws up 🐾

Long wait, unfriendly staff, and confusing communication at the counter. The store wasn’t even busy, which made it more frustrating. As someone who has gone to Starbucks for decades, this was easily ranks as one of my worst visit - maybe only topped by my last visit here a week ago when it was really busy. :(

Three staff were so lazy and only chit-chatthing. We found that all three tables were dirty. When we asked if they could kindly clean the table, we were told "No." When we asked if they had wipes or spray to clean the tables. She said " there is napkin over there"

I came here quick to get a shaken espresso and finally use my christmas gift card. The cashier was so sweet and had a super cute cat hat! I got my drink and as I was walking to my job I realized someone drew an adorable puppy on my cup! 🥺❤ It really made my day. Thanks so much. Really kind workers here! 🥺💞💞
