Absolutely horrendous customer service! After placing an order I was waiting patiently for anyone to help me at the end of the counter. All I wanted was a cup of water for my 5 year old daughter. After waiting for about 10 minutes I finally said excuse me I'm very sorry to bother you , but can I get a cup of water please.... You would have that I asked Michael or Michelle not sure what it was to rob a bank with their reaction. It's okay don't worry Michael/Michelle I won't be back.

Usually, I don't write bad reviews but... This place sucks! Literally! 30’ in a line, the place is packed with trash all over. Worst service I’ve experienced! All the staff who were quite young were just chatting amongst themselves. Chris, the cashier, ugh what a rude man! he smelled like a weed, and looked high! He forgot to place our order and stepped out then when I asked him for my order he looked at me like he wanted to hit me up. After another half an hour, someone brought my order… “caramel macchiato” If I can say it was that.. Anyway! Please educate the people who represent the brand or do something to improve your service!

I went into my usual Starbucks to get my usual drink and this lady (looked like the manager ) decided I had an attitude with her after waiting for my drink she told another associate pour it out after thinking I had an attitude she then tried to remake it and then and their I told her I would like a refund because what kind of woman tell another person to pour out they drink I HONESTLY DONT THINK SHE WOULD DO THIS TO ANOTHER WOMAN LET ALONE A WHITE WOMAN . Starbucks this your last time trying to be racist with me .

Denied a cup of water unless you purchase something…..never again to this store…water is not denied to your worst enemy…shame on you @starbucks…..

Long wait but service is great. Friendly staff
