Starbucks is a family coffee shop oriented on family. Not letting someone use the restroom because they didnt buy anything completely goes against there policy. Garbage and I will never come to this location for coffee every. And your generic response saying thank you means nothing.

My name is Sam Silver and I am the neighborhood REALTOR(R). Coffee is a necessity is my business and Since Covid19 Walking to this Starbucks is the highlight of my day. I go through my to do list of my clients and plan my day. My 15 year daughter loves the chocolate frappuccinos and Is lactose intolerant. Good service and coffee at this location. The staff is friendly and works as quick as they can. Sometimes, orders come out 10+ minutes from the time the app tells you they will be ready, but the blame is on the app not paying attention to how many orders came in recently. Everyone behind the counter is moving as fast as they can, and they remain courteous even as customers get needlessly upset. You know what they say about people before they've had their coffee.

Just moved to the neighborhood. Ordered a black iced coffee no classic as I have several times before at other locations, 3rd time at this location this week (walking distance from home and no coffee maker yet) so I am aware what it typically tastes like. Employee I hadn't encountered before seemed indifferent and bothered. Still tipped as I come from a service background and always tip, people have bad days. Coffee tasted watered down and I felt no effect leading me to believe I was given decaf. Asked them, but was ignored so I left. Bummer.
