Starbucks Coffee Company

On a regular basis, I stop by for a quick meal and drink. The employees taking the drive thru orders greeted through the intercom like they just rolled out of bed with an attitude. Not professional at all. However, Wendy is always pleasant and professional!!! Wendy provided excellent service.

Staff unfortunately does not know how to follow instructions. Asked for less ice and they fill it almost completely. Either out of incompetence or to ignore the customer and improve margins

I was craving my first Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam of the season and ended up with strawberry .. staff was completely unfriendly during the entire transaction

Starbucks Inside of Target — the menu is limited, the stations not kept clean and the service could be better

This Starbucks is located right inside a target. The Starbucks was very busy but still provided friendly and courteous service. The man at the cash register was very patient and helpful, and the store itself was clean and inviting
