Starbucks Coffee Company

Nothing is wrong with the atmosphere or the quality of product this starbucks brings. The food is good and the coffee is superb as always. The people that are hired to work here are the singular sole problem with the place. No one greets you when you walk in, they are always behind on orders, and there’s no sense of knowing what to do in that place. There’s always plenty of staff, 7 people behind the counter that just look absolutely lost and have no clue how to complete their job. I waited for a total of 31 minutes to get my order because the girl doing food was PULLING OTHER ORDERS OUT IN FRONT OF MINE! The singular reason i got my food was because i walked up to the counter and said something. And when she finally handed me my item, she almost forgot the second item and she didn’t even

Cecilia was the voice behind the drive through and she was instant stress relief. She explained my coffee order well and was easy to understand. Her customer service is beyond excellent. Hopefully she does something great in her future because her customer service skills are 10/10. Thank you Cecelia.

It’s a long time since I last had Starbucks coffee in a ceramic Starbucks mug, and all I had to do was say my ordered drink was “for here”. I think the last time was in Katy, TX which means it was 14 - 16 years ago, when I was dating the lovely lady who is now my wife. I can picture the store quite well. Coffee tastes better in ceramic, and it’s much better for the environment, though clean up is a little more aggravating for the staff. Also the staff member who took my order took my name from the app I presented to get my points, a definite plus since she didn’t need to ask and then guess the spelling. Now, the coffee in a mug and getting my name from the app make this store stand out from the normal blah Starbucks. Mr. Niccol take notice as you try to resucítate Starbucks.

Went in during a morning rush, it was pretty busy but everyone was still nice and greeted all the customers when walking in! Blake (who made my drink) was extremely nice and accommodating. Thank you :)

I had an almost 7 months that I don't visit starbucks because the quality and the service is not the one that made me in the past addicted to... but today it wasn't a good day, and passed and decide to order something, the coffee was good (finally, the last 2 or 3 visits to Starbucks in other locations just 🤢) but this is about Jenna, she is an amazing worker with an amazing personality, thank you Jenna for hearing my tragedy today and do it with all the kindness in this world, please take care of Jenna, she deserves everything in this world. I don't make reviews to much often but here I am. Jenna if you read this, I hope you pillow always stay cold.💖
