The food was fine as always; I'd give it 4 stars for that. The atmosphere was average, about 3 stars. Service, however, is where the experience fell short and why I'm leaving 2 stars overall. I usually order through the Starbucks app and haven't had issues before. This time, I ordered in person through the drive-through. The interaction with the barista (a white female) was positive and friendly at first, but I later noticed a $5 gratuity charge had been added without my consent. When I asked for the receipt, the total for the three items was almost $20, which didn't make sense. The cardholder ultimately chose to let it go, but it was not authorized. While I didn't address it with the employee since the cardholder decided not to pursue it, gratuities should never be added without a custo
This location has never gotten my order wrong. HOWEVER, my daughter was having a rough week and we wanted to surprise her with her favorite drink, to my surprise this is what we picked up. I don’t know if this is just a “thing” Starbucks is doing now BUT whoever you are you made a person’s day even if it was something so small. Kindness goes a long way!!!
I came in to try the new holiday drinks and was very disappointed. The drinks did not include everything that they were supposed to. In the iced drinks, there was little to no ice, making the drinks warm and gross. The hot drinks we ordered were okay, but the service was still very disappointing. I understand it gets busy, as someone who works at a Starbucks, but I can tell you that is not how the drinks were supposed to taste. Business is not an excuse for bad product outcome.
AMAZING STARBUCKS. SPECTACULAR. YOUNG MAN AT DRIVE THRU FILLED MY STANLEY WITH ICE COLD FRESH WATER NO QUESTIONS ASKED. 10/10 ICED MATCHA. CLEAN STORE AND GOOD VIBES. WILL COME BACK!!!
“Jayden” The acting store manager is very rude and unprofessional at this location. They are advertising mugs for 50 percent off but when you get to the register, Jayden the store manager says it is a mistake and he forgot to take the sign down. lol The store isn’t that big. How can you forget? He refused to honor the sale he is using his temporary power to his advantage. Talk about False Advertising lol
