Starbucks Coffee Company

Popped-in for an afternoon scone and coffee. I’ve witnessed many Starbucks improving their levels of “hospitality”(since their decline around COVID era and new rise since leadership changed to Brian Niccol). The Lititz Starbucks afternoon crew is still lagging vs their peers in the area of “welcoming”, “kindness”, and “hospitality”. I know they can do better, but perhaps they need reminders from upper management. I can’t stand going into a Starbucks where I don’t have anyone welcome me as well as standing around waiting for someone to come to the register to take my order. As a shareholder, I am disappointed.

Today, I had one of the best customer service experiences ever at this Starbucks, thanks to an absolutely wonderful lady who truly went above and beyond. Safire was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive from the very beginning. I had my eye on a specific cup that I really wanted, and she not only helped me find it, but even made sure to hold it for me so I wouldn’t miss out. In thirty years I have never met such a welcoming, attentive, responsible, and just generally kinda and friendly person. What really impressed me was how genuinely caring and responsible Safire was. She explained everything clearly, gave me the store’s information, encouraged me to call and check back if needed, and treated me like family rather than a customer. I just left and actually almost wanted to call in because I feel it’s so important that Real all stars in everyday life get recognized for all of their hard work and I just wanted to tell all of you in particularly the management and hopefully the regional general management gets a hold of this and Applauds Matt For always being a friendly face at the drive-through window, I remember the very first time I came to this location. This Starbucks is a very spacious, clean, and nicely laid out store. The staff is super friendly and are willing to assist you in any way. I was impressed by how quickly they made drinks while keeping the quality standard high. The patio is a definite plus for beautiful PA days. If you are in the area, this is a good place to stop by and grab something to drink.
