Starbucks Coffee Company

Today, I had an amazing experience at The Parkland Shoppes Starbucks. Even though it was extremely busy this morning, the staff handled everything so well. One of the shift leads was incredibly kind and helped me locate my drink while keeping me updated on its status, which made the wait much easier. They made sure I felt acknowledged and taken care of. The environment was uplifting, and everyone was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. At the register, I was even asked how I was doing, which really stood out to me. I would definitely come back here anytime I’m craving Starbucks!

I arrived here with a couple other people the girls at the counter were very rude inappropriate. They were not courteous nor had any customer service skills there was another girl behind the counter spring cleaning products which happened to get inside of my drinks when I requested for them to remake these items over it took forever for them to do so. And when they're little school friends appear to come inside of the establishment they all started giggling and playing and not paying attention to any of the other orders nor mine. They were giving away free drinks and foods to their friends. The most disgusting behavior and surface I have ever experienced. They need to have our entire staff overhaul. A waist of $25. I definitely want a refund.

I come to this store all the time or at least order almost every day for delivery and this one time I came in today I see this beautiful tattooed girl, and I asked her very nicely. How come one felt heavier than the other cause it was the same drink and she rudely said I can just make you another one and I said no Then I noticed my one cup was on one side of the counter and the other one was on the other side so it didn’t make sense so I said to her do you really think you’re being nice to me and she just looked at me. I own two businesses and I am just shocked how rude She was and don’t let her say it had anything to do with her tattoos on her face because I am a tattooed woman myself. Everytime i visit this starbucks, they always mess up my order somehow. Whether its my drink or my food, i always have to change it. I just ordered a breakfast sandwich with no meat on my way to work through the app and i triple checked to make sure it said remove meat and I didnt even open my bag until i was driving on my way to work. I dont eat bacon because of religious reasons and they never removed it. I couldnt replace it because i was already on my way to work so I had to toss it. $6 down the drain. I wouldnt write a review if it was a one time mistake, but this was after 3 mistakes at the same starbucks.
