The Staff is AMAZING and they make the BEST DRINKS! They have always been so patient when I’m ordering and showing them a video of something I want replicated But with a twist. They even offer different suggestions that are always amazing too! I love this particular store and I never go to a different one now because I’ve had such great experiences there. I’d highly recommend this location and Starbucks in general as a great Company.
Honestly the worst Starbucks in the area. If you pay for extra cold foam or extra whipped cream, etc., they will not give it to you. I know what extra and normal should look like because I used to work for Starbucks. Anyways, I got a caramel frappe and called and asked for it to be in a venti cup because I got an extra shot and paid for extra whipped cream. I ordered through the app and that option was not available. When I called, they said they would do that for me, and I called literally as soon as I placed the order. But when I got there it was still in a grande. I have no issues from any other Starbucks in the area, but this one is terrible.
I got the iced banana cream, protein matcha, And they barely blended the protein powder with the cream/milk. There were so many chunks of protein powder in my mouth, it was crazy. It’s delicious because the flavors are delicious, but this particular location at Cheshire Station in Dale City sucks. I hate that for me because it’s the closest one to my house. I guess I’ll just walk into the one in Safeway instead from here on out and hope for the best.
Generally speaking, love Starbucks. Selection of drinks and food items are good, atmosphere nice. Can sometimes be a little crowded with workers and students typing away all spread out at the tables...but hey, if that were my option, I'd do it too. What gripes me is they can short you on your Drinks when using a personal container they THEY sold me....the know the size of container....16oz container is grande....Not too difficult...yet....jam me 1/5- 1/4th....3-4ozs down before 1st sip.
Always been my favourite Starbucks in the area. Dahlia and the woman with curly hair and glasses were so friendly!
