I stopped by Starbucks for some afternoon tea, and I’m so glad I did! Saieda was absolutely amazing — so sweet, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make my visit special. She brought such a lovely energy, and it made the whole experience even better. Thank you, Saieda, for the wonderful service!
I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Starbucks. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was unwelcoming, the utensils and equipment looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite a while, but I decided to give the benefit of the doubt. I ordered an iced chai with vanilla sweet cream, but the sweet cream barely tasted like the usual Starbucks sweet cream. Something was clearly off. Then, while eating my sandwich, I noticed something black halfway through, which was strange, because I’ve ordered this sandwich many times before and never seen that. When I opened it, I found a black hair inside the sandwich. I have red braided hair, so it definitely wasn’t mine ,and even if it were, finding a hair inside the sandwich is completely unacceptable. I've been buying my daily coffee here since I moved here as I work at the Salvation Army next door. I just stopped in on my way home and was really thirsty. I asked the curly haired white dud for a cup of water. He rolled his eyes at me and said you need to buy something. I will NEVER BE BACK. SAY GOODBYE TO MY 7 DOLLARS A DAY STARBUCKS. Rude as hell
Great spot that consistently makes great drinks. Service is fast when its not rush hour. Highly recommend ordering your drinks at least 15 minutes before you arrive during rush hour.
Came in for a drink and to do some work. The employees were incredibly loud and unprofessional. They were having loud personal conversations, borderline yelling at each other. When I went to order my drink, the girl had to ask me to repeat myself because she couldn’t hear me over her coworkers!! They spend more time talking to each other than making drinks. It just came off as very unprofessional. I could tell the other patrons doing work in the store were also irritated by it. On top of that, the store was dirty. Wouldn’t recommend for a dine-in experience
