The store didn't make my order right and didn't explain nor made it up till I pointed out with my receipt. They said they knew they didn't make it right but didn't have the ingredients and was it was out of stock. But in the app it never said that and the employees didn't tell me before hand or even when they saw me look at the drink. They didn't apologize and just said they had no ingredients. I would have been fine if they explained the situation beforehand or even just apologized first but they ignored it and only tried to compensate after I complained. Overall this was a terrible experience. Would never come her again.
This afternoon, I went there to order foods with the gift card. After I finished ordering, the cashier girl asked me to pay the extra fees on the card machine. She told me that only 2.90 need to pay extra; on the card machine didn’t show the additional fees until I finished the transaction. After that, I saw that they charged me extra tips without my permission. I was surprised that a cashier could stole the money without the permission or if Starbucks tell their cashier to charge extra money on the customers: Then as I found out I asked the store manager redo the transaction since it was a false transaction that I didn’t approve. But the store manager was very unfriendly and tried to redo but failed. I think first of all, I am surprised that Starbucks asked their employees to charge extra
Made a mobile order on the app. It located in the Cabin John Shopping Center facing south to the southern parking lots. Arrived after ten minutes, and two drinks were waiting on the mobile pickup table. Did not interact with the staff at all. The Iced Green Tea and the Iced Passion Tango Tea were tasted as expected.
Starbucks is starting to turn in to a mystery when ordering there; never really know what you're gonna end up with. Its kinda fun, but in a bad/ laughable way. Very obviously busy spot. Cold brew tasted interesting today
I had a really disappointing experience at this location on October 25, 2025, around 2:10 PM. I ordered an Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso before heading to an appointment nearby. I took a sip in my car and immediately noticed the drink tasted off, like it was missing espresso. I couldn’t go back right away because of my appointment, but I returned about 30 minutes later and politely explained the issue. The barista didn’t remake the drink she just added a shot into the same cup. That completely worsened the flavor, and it still didn’t taste right. I thought shaken espressos were supposed to be shaken? What made it worse was the attitude. She was laughing with a coworker during the interaction, which made me feel like I wasn’t being taken seriously. I don’t like confrontation I
