People messed up my order couple times. Even I clearly said hot they make cold drink. This place is small and setting arrangement is too tight. Through the summer AC was not working. And portables were not enough to keep the place cold. I was so upset when I spent $7 for drink and I brought it back saying I ordered hot drink. Register lady said this is only can make it as iced drink. But at other location of Starbucks - 750 Krocks rd - on Tuesday, January 20th around 1 pm I order same drink and they prepared it as hot drink. Starbuck s quality and services going down. I am Starbucks ‘s customer is from 2008. Mostly ordering same hot drink (Match latte) for all this years. Recently, I have to ask to stir well while preparing latte, because the match power lumps are floating in drink.

To the last who made my drink, you rock and the cute little cat ears on my drink, you deserve a raise💞 and to the lady at the counter that took my order you're just as great! Love coming here.

I hate to be “that” person, but recently since i’ve been going, i’ve asked for light ice in my drink & i still get a cup full of ice. i don’t understand why because the drink is most definitely not coming out of their pay & if that’s how starbucks wants the drinks to look so they can scam, then starbucks needs to do better as a company & stop trying to scam. if i wanted a cup full of ice & a quarter of a drink i would just buy a $5 bag of ice from the store instead of paying almost $9 for a cup.

Disappointing experience. We went into the store and waited at the counter while staff kept preparing online orders and just looked at us without acknowledging we were there. No greeting, no “we’ll be with you shortly,” nothing. Felt ignored the entire time. Customer service really missed the mark.

I couldn’t leave another review so I’m editing this. I went today 2/6 got a cortado and caramel macchiato. They gave me cortado in a tall cup which defeats the purpose of Cortado because it supposed to be splash of milk and espresso shot and served in short cup. Caramel macchiato was literally just milk and tasted bad. I go here everyday so Ik at this how coffee should taste. I have attached the picture of my tall cortado. I go here everyday literally. Coffee is never consistent at all sometimes i get all milk in my shaken expresso sometimes i get the wrong syrups. Today they remade my drinks and look at the difference in the pictures. I tried to go back to let them know and the barista offered me sweet packs even tho IK how my coffee should taste i get same coffee every day religiously.
