Starbucks Coffee Company

Ordered Hot Cocoa, & Java Chip. Asked to use restrooms, & was denied 15 mins prior to closing. Because they cleaned them already. Establishment supposed to have restrooms open till closing. Will not be going back. Awkward atmosphere. Sent us to another non-Starbucks restaurant on another side to try and use restrooms. How rude & inconvenient is this. Never had a problem at any other Starbucks. Only got one receipt & not the other one. Paid with gift card. I did not have my phone for app. Should always give a receipt with an order of a gift card.

I love this Starbuck. It has tables outside and a nice fountain next to it. It is a shame I am just passing by because it would be one of my favorite places to hang out. The service was fine too.

This is a very good Starbucks and has a lot of parking available. I have ordered a couple of coffee's here during the past few months and they have both been really good. I love their mocha coffee.

The BEST employees/team including managers I've ever known! I don't even know where to begin. The staff here is incredibly welcoming, so friendly so sweet. They go above and beyond! Starbucks is so lucky to have these employees. I've seen how other customers are treated, everyone walks out happy. Despite the closer starbucks locations in my area, I drive the extra mile just because of how amazing the customer service is here. There are many loyal customers that only come to this specific location. Whenever you see a lot of customers returning it tells you something very special about a business. The team here is always super nice and welcoming and I love coming here to get my coffee and my drinks. I work nearby and it’s very convenient to come to this Starbucks. They always greet me and I love the team.
