I've been coming here for years and the staff has never disappointed me! My drinks have always been amazing but today I feel compelled to compliment whoever made my skinny iced caramel macchiato. I just started getting the low fat one, and to be honest it does taste different than the regular one but that is to be expected. My drink today is PERFECT! thanks for making my morning Starbucks crew. Love you guys!

Stef is seriously the best barista at Starbucks. She nails my order every time with a big smile and her drinks are always perfect with spot-on flavor and great temperature. If she’s working you know you’re getting the best drink possible. Total GOAT ☕

hands down the BEST starbucks in Greenville, possibly even eastern carolina as a whole. everyone is so friendly and prompt and honestly just a light in my day. 10/10 would recommend! ☕️

I came in for an iced coffee. I was originally in the drive thru but it took me sitting there for ten minutes after placing my order that I finally went in! There were only 2 cars ahead of me! I realized they were moving as slow as possible and did not care about taking customer orders, especially inside customers. I walked in, no one greeted me, then I had to get their attention and spoke clearly 3 separate times I came out of the drive through to get my iced coffee. I pay, then the barista prepared to give me the wrong drink. I made him correct it and a second associate took over my drink order. I was highly irritated at this point so I just decided to bite my tongue and leave as quickly as possible. I get my drink, and the associate, behind my back, in a snarky and nasty attitude procee

The cashiers were extremely patient, based on what I told them about my tastes, they helped me order a drink that I really liked. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who asked!
