Customer Reviews
Cozy Starbucks, employees greet you when you walk in. Familiar faces, all around. Comfy couches to wait or do work. Laptops open, people talking. Door chimes a lot, soft and pleasant. Cheap matcha, very affordable. Daily latte fix. I order no sweetener. FYI the matcha is no longer pre sweetened. If you order “no classic” they’ll remove the syrup and the sweetness will come from the milk. I get oat milk. It’s sweet. Mild, too. Good place to work, not too loud. Not crowded on a weekday morning. Use the app for 2x rewards, preload card when it’s low. One of my favorite SB. A solid go-to.
Around 7 a.m. this Sunday morning, I ordered a coffee traveler. When I asked how many cups it usually comes with, I was told 10 cups. I politely requested two extra cups, just in case. Normally, this wouldn’t be an issue, but the barista (wearing a N94 mask) responded by saying that 10 cups should match the total capacity of the traveler. I was honestly taken aback by that response. I repeated, “Just in case,” and asked again for two extra cups. Eventually, I did receive the extra cups. Out of habit, I said “Thank you,” but she didn’t respond at all. Thinking back, I regret even saying “Thank you.” The interaction felt unnecessarily rigid and unwelcoming, especially for a simple and reasonable request.
On the morning of September 22, 2025, there was an employee at the front counter wearing a black mask. Her attitude was unacceptable. At most Starbucks locations that I went to in U.S., sandwich is usually handed directly to customers after being heated, not left for them to pick up. This employee, however, spoke to me in a noticeably impatient and dismissive tone, telling me what I “should” do. That was already unpleasant, but I let it go. When I later asked about the refill process (something I had never tried since Starbucks reinstated refills), another employee kindly explained it to me. But this masked employee continued to speak in a rude, condescending manner. If I asked her to repeat something I hadn’t heard clearly, her tone became sharper and impatient. For example, she snapped
Mobile orders are great, staff are always amicable and prompt. This starbucks is close to a park which is great to swing by if nearby. Drinks and food are consistent.
Good service here, it’s a nice Starbucks and decent size. The location is good also.
