The service was great, but the bathroom is nasty. Its 11 in the morning. Do men don't deserve a clean bathroom? Has any of the employees heard of bleach or other cleaners, do they use it only in their bathroom? What is going on? I am genuinely curious.

This morning me and my partner went to get our usual breakfast (7:58am) the blonde cashier had an attitude and was questioning our orders in a way that made it seemed like we didn’t know what we were talking about, besides being rude she seemed a little bothered by our presence… kind of a racist way? To top it off we asked for light ice on both drinks and here’s a picture of a VENTI drink. Does this look light to y’all? Thanks for making us feel unwelcome, definitely not going back to this location, I’d rather drive longer for a better service!

Very disappointed. Paid for a drink and it’s basically a cup full of ice with barely anything to drink. Do better.

It is okay to have technical difficulties and not be able to take some payment options. This happens. Not having cups or sleeves happens. Not employee's fault. The way they talk and interact with a customer though is totally within staff's control :/ Only one was polite and friendly. The other one acted as if I was an intruder, not welcome, bothering her by placing my order and making her pour coffee.

Rudest worker this morning on 11/6. Bearista glass cup dropped today. I got there at 3:30 in the morning to make sure I get this glass cup. Doors opened at 5am , right at 5am I walk in ask for the bear cup and she told me they don't have it and that them workers had boughten the glasses for themselves. Mind you there is 4 other people in line with me waiting for doors to open up at 5am to purchase this cup. I do not think it should be allowed for workers to purchase limited edition items first especially before the store is even open because it doesn't allow for guest to be able to purchase. And secondly she was just rude on top of it. Didn't welcome us guest in and just had attitude while talking.
