Starbucks Coffee Company

The atmosphere is great, I go here all the time because its the closest one to my neighborhood. The employees are okay, my main issue is that when I place a mobile pick up order and pay for extra toppings, they are NEVER added. I order a venti caramel ribbion crunch with extra caramel and the crunchy toffee pieces, not even a drizzle of caramel as well as very flat whipped cream which shows that they made it and left it out. I feel like its not hard to fulfill such easy requests.

First and foremost, I just want to say I wish the Starbucks in Virginia Beach looked like this one. As soon as you walk in nice open, organized and well lit! Bri took our order and was very helpful with questions I had. Destiny was awesome at helping me sweeten up my flat white! Came here for a meeting with some friends. Ended up enjoying the coffee and the company. The atmosphere was great and the decor is beautiful. This is my top Starbucks in Norfolk!!

I’m still trying to figure this place out if a manager could please respond and help me out on this one I’m still not sure what days to come to actually get a good cup of coffee from your store. I don’t know if it’s certain days of the week I should come in other days I should Today is Tuesday received my coffee, which is nearly black. I don’t know how that happens with cream added and over 10 packs of sugar, but if I wanted a cup of black coffee, I would just make it at home, so Please let me know if there are certain times and days. I should avoid this location thank you very much. I will add. This is the closest location to me and I’ve never really had any issues at any other location?

The people at this store are constantly working hard, every time I stop by theres a line around the block and the inside is busy. They’re in there making drinks non stop and they still find the time to be polite and accommodating for everyone. The people there can’t be getting paid enough for what they have to deal with. I went in today to pick up my order and there was a lady berating one of the workers for messing up her drink. I saw him going and he had a whole bunch already and he replied very nicely to this rude woman and yet she continued to talk down to him and loudly complain on the phone about him in the middle of the store. I shook my head and she turned to me trying to plead her case like i’m picking sides🤣 I never have any issues with the employees or the service but some of

Great experience popping in for a cup to-go for a morning commute. Friendly service, good vibe, great coffee. The best Starbucks experience I’ve had in many years!
