This is the closest location to my house, but I always leave feeling upset because the staff is so incredibly rude. I usually go to a different branch even if it's further away, but I decided to give this place another try today. Big mistake—they were just as unfriendly as ever. I ended up leaving without ordering and went to the Cumming location instead, where the service was amazingly kind. What a huge difference! Don’t bother with this spot inside Kroger; you’ll just pay money to be treated poorly. I don't understand why they don't train their employees.

They have no earthly idea what they are doing. Ordered two drinks and they were completely wrong and tasted like they used spoiled milk. I’m pretty sure they don’t properly wash their dishes because it looked so nasty and dirty when she made my Frappuccino’s. Worker looked like she had an attitude problem so I didn’t bother saying anything. Guess I just wasted $15.

I just want to support the owner of this business and really hope they will pay attention to the service and staff, they are very slow and sometimes do not know what kind of drink I am requesting (it’s a regular Starbucks drinks). Also, vegetarian sandwiches are always out of stock. I really hope you will do something with it because the location is very nice and expectations are really high.

I was really surprised by the response I received today. I often order cold foam with hot drinks at this location and others, but today I was told that it’s not possible. I’ve never had this issue before, and I’ve had cold foam added to hot drinks many times without any problem. To make matters worse, instead of making the drink as I requested, I was given a cold drink without being informed. I understand that staff might have specific guidelines, but it’s important to follow customer instructions and not make decisions for them. staff should be better trained to accommodate customizations like this and communicate clearly if there’s a problem with fulfilling an order.

I had this wonderful barista named Ella! Her smile was so infectious and her energy was radiant. Not only was the service from her great but she made my complicated drink order perfectly and with no complaints! Coming back just for her :)
