This is my new favorite Starbucks! The staff are super friendly and bring such positive energy. There were only three people working, but you can clearly see how well they work together. Everything runs smoothly, and the teamwork really shows. Great vibes all around.

One of the only Starbucks where I feel special. Everyone knows my name and what i order. I’m always greeted with a “hello” and light conversations while my coffee is being made. I tip the most at the location because they deserve it. Every single barista Friendly, Warm, outgoing and inviting making this location one of the best!

Never order anything from this Starbucks from their Starbucks delivery option. Shows they have food, allows you to pay for it, then don’t refund when don’t actually have it. I’ve lost too much money through this theft. Never again.

I’m visiting Dallas today and had a nice surprise on my order, the staff was very friendly and just made me smile today, I appreciate that!

August 7th - visit around 10:20 am I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but after today’s experience, I’m questioning why I keep coming back. I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready in 11–14 minutes. I waited patiently in the drive-thru line for about 10 minutes, only to be told—without a hint of courtesy—that my order “wasn’t ready” and that I could either *go back around* through the long line or come inside. Not only was that frustrating, but the tone from the woman at the window was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, they hadn’t even started making the drink by the time I got to the window. The kicker?
