Staff great, the coffee drinks...as per usual...not bad: TBH, I've always found almost any coffee shop brings more across the board depth of flavor to each drink than Starbucks. Really good...just not over the top, make me want to choose y'all over everyone else every time great. This is not a knock on this location, this crew did fantastic, I've found the same at every Starbucks I've ever visited.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but this place literally never gets my order right. It’s a simple tea. No add ons or edits but yet it never tastes the same as the other locations I’ve had it. This time they forgot one of the ingredients that’s in the name of it. Very frustrating because I get it through the drive thru before work so I don’t taste it until I get to work and by then it’s too late.

Staff is mixed. Some are pleasant, professional, and customer centric, while half don’t want to work there. Today, went in for a 2nd time to inquire on a popular holiday item. The woman stared blankly at me like a deer in headlights and said I don’t know 2-3x vs finding out or being helpful.

i came in on a wednesday night for a regular matcha, ordered my drinks with this young girl as i was ordering she interrupted me and started talking to her other co worker. That wasn’t even the worse part…. i finished ordering my drinks i sit and wait at the pick up area and this other lady comes gets her order taken and gets her drink first just because she’s a daily customer. you can tell her order is more complicated and the barista stops with my order to do the other lady’s order. so my drink is half way done just sitting there. all of the young 4 girls just start talking to the lady while i’m here 10 minutes already waiting. i get my drink after 15 minutes of waiting and leave immediately. never coming back. service was horrible.

I had to stop at this store because the exit 8 on 985 messed up my drink. The girl that made this did it perfectly. It was the best iced vanilla cream latte I’ve ever had! Delicious!!
